Overview

We are experts in Operating System Upgrades, Product Installations, and PTF Installation. We keep our customers current by staying up to date with the latest OS release and annual PTFs. We also install the latest version of Java and the latest Group PTFs for HTTP since these products are a core part of the system today.

With the use of Image Catalogs for PTF downloads from IBM Fix Central and Product downloads from 

IBM Entitled Systems Support (ESS), we are able to do all upgrades remotely from our office. This makes it convenient for you the customer, and less expensive. We've done entire hardware and software conversions without ever going on site.

Over a VPN connection with the use of IBM i Access Client Solutions, or the Web Based Hardware Management Console, we can become the System Console and operate just like being there.
